MTL Handyman Services (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to providing quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy explains our policies regarding refunds, cancellations, and service-related concerns.

 

Services and Payments

MTL Handyman Services provides handyman and home improvement services that involve labor and, in some cases, materials. Due to the nature of these services, refunds are not guaranteed once work has begun or services have been completed.

 

Deposits

If a deposit is required for scheduling or materials:

  • Deposits are generally non-refundable once materials have been purchased or work has been scheduled.

  • If a project is canceled before materials are purchased and before work begins, a deposit refund may be issued at our discretion.

 

Cancellations

  • Cancellations made with reasonable advance notice may be eligible for a refund or credit.

  • Same-day cancellations or failure to provide access to the property may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of any deposit.

 

Unsatisfactory Workmanship

If you are not satisfied with the quality of our work:

  • Please notify us within [10] days of service completion.

  • We will review the issue and, if appropriate, offer to correct the work at no additional labor cost.

Refunds will be considered only if the issue cannot be reasonably corrected.

 

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Completed labor

  • Approved change orders or additional work

  • Materials already purchased or installed

  • Delays or issues caused by factors outside our control (such as weather, supply shortages, or hidden structural issues)

 

Third-Party Products and Materials

Any materials, fixtures, or products purchased from third parties are subject to the manufacturer’s or supplier’s warranty and return policies. We are not responsible for third-party refund decisions.

 

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or report a service concern, please contact us with:

  • Your name and contact information

  • Service address

  • Date of service

  • Description of the issue

We will review all requests in good faith and respond within a reasonable timeframe.

 

Policy Changes

MTL Handyman Services reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
